The Julbo Launcher goggle is made using recycled materials and bio-based raw materials and is part of the Julbo Next approach to sustainability. The goggle frame is composed of two frames of different densities bonded during the manufacturing process: the softer frame, ideal for harmoniously following the contours of the face, is made of bio-based TPU Desmopan derived from corn processing, while the rigid outer frame, essential for bonding the lens to the goggle, is made of recycled polycarbonate. The elastic band of the goggle is made of recycled polyamide obtained from the processing of fishing nets lost at sea. The goggle features a large cylindrical lens that provides a very wide field of vision and features the Superflow Pro ventilation system, designed and perfected by Julbo, which allows the lens to detach from the frame and allow air to circulate.

Morel Reinterprets Titanium

Morel has unveiled a new chapter in titanium design. Long associated with masculine design, metal is reimagined by the French heritage eyewear house through two distinct yet complementary collections: Thaïs, for women, and Tonsberg, for men. Both embody Morel’s unrivaled expertise in titanium craftsmanship. Thaïs introduces a fresh perspective on feminine eyewear. The titanium frame, both delicate and assertive, plays with light and shadow through a sharply sculpted bevel. The interplay of depth and reflection lends the frame a striking sense of dimension – a rare feat in metal design, where surfaces are often flat. A single line of color runs along the titanium’s edge, highlighting its contours with confident subtlety. The temples begin solid and structured, before refining into an airy wire detail – a silhouette that recalls the volume of acetate while retaining titanium’s feather-light precision. On the other hand, Tonsberg channels titanium’s strength into a distinctly masculine form. Its monobloc construction and clean geometry express the purity of line and proportion, while the tinted edges introduce a quiet sophistication. Every detail reflects control – a harmony between power and restraint.
