Financial Report from Marcolin

The board of directors of Marcolin have announced the approval of the company’s financial results as of June 30, 2024. For the first six months of 2024, the company reported revenues of €297.6 million, down 3.6 percent compared with the same period in the previous year. On a like-for-like basis (excluding the positive impact of new brands in 2024 and the impact of discontinued brands), net sales increased by 0.6 percent at current exchange rates. The impact on net sales was positive at 17.7 percent.

Johnson & Johnson invests Series A funding of TECLens, a refractive technology start-up that is developing a novel, non-incisional refractive correction procedure that leverages a technique known as corneal cross-linking to reshape the cornea. French eyewear brand Izipizi has announced Jonathan Crespo as its new and first Ceo of North America.
