For this study, faculty representatives from Harvard Business School teamed up to write a case study on the business journey of Kering Eyewear, with the goal of giving students at Harvard and around the world the opportunity to learn more about the company and the milestones it has achieved over its first 10 years in business. The case study was created from a series of analyses and interviews, and offers insight into Kering Eyewear’s business model and its role in the eyewear industry.

New Ceo to Hoya Vision Care

Hoya Cooperation has announced the appointment of John Goltermann Lassen as the new Ceo of Hoya Vision Care, effective January 1, 2025. Lassen will report to Daniel Nutu, President of Hoya Eye Health, according to the announcement. Lassen has been with Hoya Group since 2014, serving as the Ceo of Surgical Optics, Hoya’s intraocular lenses division. He brings to the position more than 35 years of experience in the health care industry, having previously held global leadership roles.
