Rodenstock Group has appointed Dr. Mani Herold as its new Cfo (Chief Financial Officer) as of April 1, 2023. Dr. Mani Herold has more than 25 years of international work experience in the area of strategic and operational financial management, amongst others at E.ON and Cerdia. Over the past years Dr. Herold has been CFO and Labor Director of the Pfleiderer Group, where he was instrumental in successfully repositioning Pfleiderer in the debt capital markets and in securing the financial performance of the Group during times of highly volatile raw material and energy prices. He holds a Ph. D. and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Munich.
