Oakley and USA Football Signed a Deal

Oakley announced a multi-year agreement to become the Official Eyewear Partner of USA Football and the US National Teams. Oakley’s partnership with USA Football adds to a list of sports partnerships that includes the NFL and some of its elite athletes. Oakley is also a partner of the USOPC and will outfit the U.S. National Team with sports performance eyewear for all international competitions, including the Olympic Games, according to the announcement. With this new partnership, Oakley said it will provide sports performance eyewear to USA Football’s Men’s, Women’s and Youth National Teams.

Nike Proposes Competitive Advantage

Nike has released two new performance sunglasses, which are the Nike Athena and Nike Zeus, intended to be worn before and after competition as a form of psychological armour. John Hoke, Nike’s Chief Innovation Officer said: “While we were initially focused on designing something for competition, the insight we heard from our athletes is the need for a mental edge or advantage, before and after competing. Their ability to get totally into the zone, to be completely focused and undistracted, is so, so critical for these athletes”.

Whitaker first joined Mondottica Group in January 2018 as EU commercial director, focusing on commercial strategy and delivery in key European Union markets. Financial Report from Marcolin

The board of directors of Marcolin have announced the approval of the company’s financial results as of June 30, 2024. For the first six months of 2024, the company reported revenues of €297.6 million, down 3.6 percent compared with the same period in the previous year. On a like-for-like basis (excluding the positive impact of new brands in 2024 and the impact of discontinued brands), net sales increased by 0.6 percent at current exchange rates. The impact on net sales was positive at 17.7 percent.
