Cutler and Gross has announced a strategic partnership with Europa Eyewear as its new distribution partner in North America. Under the agreement, Europa Eyewear will serve as the brand’s distributor across the United States and Canada. The collaboration forms part of Cutler and Gross’s long term growth strategy. Through the partnership, the brand aims to strengthen its relationships with independent optical retailers while enhancing service quality. As part of the agreement, Europa Eyewear is establishing a new Independent Luxury Division within its organization. The new division will complement the company’s existing brand portfolio. Europa Eyewear currently represents brands including State Optical Co., American Optical, and Scott Harris. Cutler and Gross Ceo Jack Dooley said that Europa’s respect for brand heritage and product development played an important role in the decision to collaborate. Europa Eyewear Ceo Megan Molony stated that the company is proud to represent Cutler and Gross in North America. Company President Andy Skitmore also highlighted Cutler and Gross’s strong position within the luxury eyewear segment. Both parties confirmed that the transition process is progressing smoothly for customers across the United States and Canada.
