Ic! Berlin has introduced the new Mineral ic! capsule collection developed in collaboration with Barberini. The capsule collection brings together Ic! Berlin’s lightweight metal frames and Barberini’s mineral lens technology. In a press statement, Ic! Berlin General Manager Davide Lunghi described the Mineral ic! capsule collection as a new step in the premium eyewear segment. The models included in the capsule stand out with features designed for both everyday wear and outdoor activities. Barberini’s Rare Earth Contrast Enhancement technology is intended to improve contrast and color perception. The mineral lenses provide high optical clarity with minimal distortion. Polarized lenses help reduce glare and enhance visual comfort. Additional treatments increase resistance to scratches and mechanical stress. The capsule collection consists of three different sport inspired models. Alongside the capsule launch, Ic! Berlin also announced the addition of Argon, Fin, Yui, Oke, and Ila to the Sodium and Xenon models previously introduced as part of its 30th anniversary collection. The Berlin based brand is also preparing to introduce new models for its Mercedes-Benz and AMG collections during the season.
