Nike Brings Back All Conditions Gear
Nike is reintroducing All Conditions Gear (Acg), its outdoor performance brand designed for athletes seeking challenge, adventure and a deeper connection with nature. Built on a legacy of more than 40 years, the brand returns with a renewed commitment to supporting those who thrive in demanding environments. Originally created for adventurous athletes, Acg has long represented exploration, resilience and innovation. With this relaunch, Nike reinforces its ambition to expand within the outdoor performance category while reconnecting with the brand’s roots. The renewed vision focuses on delivering high quality gear that enables athletes to perform across diverse terrains, from trails to mountains. With a clear focus on trail running, hiking and exploration, Acg introduces a refined product lineup. Key footwear models include the Acg Ultrafly and the Acg Zegama, both engineered for stability, traction and comfort in rugged conditions. The apparel offering features performance driven pieces such as the Radical AirFlow racing top and the Lava Loft down jacket, designed to provide adaptability across changing climates. As part of this evolution, Nike Trail will transition into Acg, allowing the brand to benefit from Nike’s extensive running expertise. This integration strengthens Acg’s position in the outdoor segment and supports the development of new performance innovations. Acg’s commitment to the outdoor community is further reflected in its All Conditions Racing Department. This growing team of elite trail runners plays a key role in testing products and providing feedback. New athletes joining this season include Hiroki Kai, Hyunji Kang, Minchul Ko, Jennifer Lichter, Adam Merry and Takako Takamura, expanding an already established roster. Beyond elite performance, the brand continues to invest in accessibility and community engagement. Acg supports major trail running events, including Chongli 168 Ultra Trail, and has added Broken Arrow Skyrace and Gorge Waterfalls to its partnerships. Retail expansion is also part of the strategy. Acg is opening its first standalone store in Beijing’s Taikoo Li Sanlitun. The Acg Base Camp is designed as an immersive space that reflects the brand’s identity and spirit of exploration. Additional activations across Nike stores worldwide aim to bring the outdoor experience into urban environments. Supported by a new campaign and brand voice, Acg returns with a clear mission to inspire athletes everywhere to explore, perform and connect with the outdoors.
