Zeiss Turkey announced that Afra Karaca has been named as the new Country Human Resources Manager. With over 15 years of extensive experience in human resources, Karaca will play a strategic and proactive role in Zeiss’s journey of continuous improvement toward excellence. She began her professional career at Novartis and later spent five years at BP/Castrol, leading recruitment, training and development, talent, and performance management processes for sales teams across Turkey, Ukraine, and Central Asia. Having also made valuable contributions during her tenure at Alcon, Karaca now brings her expertise and experience to Zeiss Turkey.
