EssilorLuxottica and Eastman Kodak Company have signed a global license agreement. Effective January 1, 2024, EssiLux will permanently add one of the world’s most recognized and trusted brands to its portfolio and will continue to develop the Kodak brand across all EssiLux product categories. This new agreement represents an evolution of the multi-year license agreement currently in place with Kodak. Under the terms of the new agreement, EssiLux will continue to develop, manufacture and distribute optical products and services incorporating the Kodak brand indefinitely.
