These additional shares represent around 5 percent of Inspecs\u2019 share capital, Safilo said, for a total consideration of approximately \u00a34.3 million. Safilo\u2019s total shareholding in Inspecs amounts to 29.99 percent of the company\u2019s share capital following these purchases, the announcement said. In December 2025, Safilo Group acquired shares in Inspecs Group representing, in aggregate, 25 percent of the company. This followed proposed offers to acquire Inspecs Group, which were rejected by Inspecs.
